Yes, please! This is very important! We understand that your clients are normal people with lives just like everyone else, and that often times it’s difficult to hide many of their belongings or get a house fully cleaned up with a busy life schedule. We schedule our appointments with the assumption that the properties are going to be ready to shoot when we arrive. Please arrive at the property before your scheduled appointment time and make sure everything looks the way you want before we arrive for the shoot. For special circumstances, please get in touch with us BEFORE your appointment so we can discuss options.
Most likely the answer is yes. If you’re looking to add on additional services that require specialized equipment, we may not have it on us if you didn’t request it initially. We can always come back out to complete additional services if you require.
We are certified as commercial sUAS operators under part 107. This means we’ve taken FAA administered tests and hold a current license to operate our drones. Before flying, we need to check your property address and make sure we are allowed to fly in that location. If not, it’s possible we may be able to gain an authorization to do so, however those authorizations can take time. If you know you have a property coming up in the future that you would like aerial services for, it’s best to check with us as far in advance as possible. We also reserve the right to keep our drones grounded if we determine current conditions make it unsafe to fly./p>
Luckily, weather issues in southern California are pretty rare. However, if there’s an issue with weather, please give us a call and we can discuss your options.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver RAW images. Our services include professional editing.
Payment is due in full prior to the shoot taking place.
Gaiz Travel and Creative, LLC dba CA Property Pics maintains ownership over all content created. However, you are free to use any images and video created during your shoot in any way you’d like other than selling or licensing them to anyone else.
Absolutely! We’re happy to help adjust your appointment date and/or time. Please give us as much advance notice as possible. If you’re changing the date or time less than 2 business days prior to your appointment, a fee may be charged.
If you cancel or re-schedule less than 2 business days before your appointment then we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee. We want to serve you, and everyone else the best we can. The best way for us to do that is to keep our appointments set in advance.

We want you to be satisfied with the content we create for you. If there’s something wrong with photos, a video or a floor plan, please give us a call or email us and we’ll discuss how we can fix it.
The answer is – it depends! If it’s something small and quick, the answer is most likely yes. If you’re asking to have large objects removed, we’ll have to delve deeper into the individual case and see what’s possible. For more complex removals, additional fees will apply and will be quoted before any work is completed.
We know there’s a lot of people who are capable of taking photos these days, but we pride ourselves on our experience and expertise. Our prices are determined based on the quality of our services, so we do not match prices with other individuals or companies.
Sorry, we require payment in full prior to the appointment taking place. In certain cases we can complete the shoot and collect payment in full before content is delivered, but we are unable to deliver any content before receiving payment in full.
