At CPP, we understand that sometimes life happens. The unexpected can and will pop up out of nowhere. We work diligently to make sure we can accommodate anyone that needs our help with a shoot. In order to schedule effectively and cater to as many people as possible, we require notice in writing of desire to cancel or re-schedule. Written notice must be received 48 hours prior to your shoot.

Payment in full is required before your appointment in order to reserve your place and schedule your services. If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your appointment start time, you can receive a full refund. If you are not happy with your content after the shoot, please get in touch with us and we will address each situation individually. Please note, content will not be delivered without payment in full being received.

Weather Issues

If there is bad weather on the day of your shoot, our photographers will make the call on whether or not we will continue with the shoot. Often times overcast skies can lead to nice, even light inside the property, and skies can always be replaced in photoshop. If you notice bad weather on the horizon the day before your shoot, get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss your options.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

Late Arrivals & No Shows


If you are going to be late arriving for your scheduled appointment please give us a call. If you are the only person who can give us access to the property and you are more than a couple of minutes late we may be forced to re-schedule your appointment to remain on time for the rest of our appointments that day. If you fail to show up for your appointment and do not give us notice, you are subject to a $100 no show fee. The remainder of your paid balance can be rolled over into a new appointment or refunded.

All content created by CA Property Pics is owned by CA Property Pics. With every order placed, our customers are granted a license that allows for free use of all content created for their listings and their personal marketing. The only restrictions on the license are that our customers may not sell, license or give the images to anyone else - including but not limited to other agents or brokers, contractors, designers, stagers, etc. If you have any questions about our content ownership & usage policies please don't hesitate to get in touch.

We can't stress enough how important having your property photo ready is! We understand that often times your clients may still be living in the home at the time of your appointment and getting the home ready to shoot may prove difficult. We understand there can and will be a variety of circumstances, however, we cannot wait around or extend an appointment time while items are moved from room to room or items are adjusted in each room before we shoot. The property needs to be ready to shoot before we arrive, so we ask that you arrive at your property before your appointment is scheduled to being to ensure it's ready to shoot. If needed, we're happy to provide a home prep guide that you can send to your clients in advance, and a checklist for you as well. We thank you and appreciate your understanding in this matter as it allows us to show up on time for everyone's appointments and keep our prices as low as possible.
